- Gift Basket and Gift Orders placed Friday after 2:00PM EST through Sunday requiring NEXT DAY AIR, 2nd DAY AIR and 3 DAY SELECT DELIVERY CANNOT be shipped until Monday the next business day.
- Gift Basket and Gift Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will ship on the next business day, Monday.
- Gift Basket and Gift orders requiring specific delivery dates should be indicated on the order form.
- During the busy holiday season place your Gift Basket and/or Gift orders early to ensure prompt delivery.
- We ship nationwide via UPS, USPS and Federal Express
- UPS, USPS and Federal Express delivery Monday through Friday between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Hand delivery available Monday through Friday ONLY.
- We do ship to PO boxes via USPS only. We can ship to AFO/FPO addresses.
- Hand Delivery of Gift Baskets and/or Gifts requires a telephone number for the recipient. Packages for delivery to commercial locations must include suite and floor number.
- Hospital Delivery – Please provide room number and confirm patient is still admitted for date of delivery requested. We cannot be responsible for deliveries made after patient has been released.
- Incomplete or inaccurate address information may delay delivery and will result in additional delivery charge of $15.00
