Orders placed Monday through Friday before 3:00pm EST will be ship the same day. Orders placed after 3:00pm EST may not be shipped until the next business day. Same day hand delivery orders must be placed by 10:00 AM.
Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will ship on the next business day
Orders requiring specific delivery dates should be indicated on the order form

We ship nationwide via UPS, USPS and Federal Express
UPS, USPS and Federal Express delivery Monday through Friday between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Hand delivery available Monday through Friday ONLY.
We do not ship to PO boxes. We can ship to AFO/FPO addresses.
Hand Delivery requires a telephone number for the recipient. Packages for delivery to commercial locations must include suite and floor number.
Hospital Delivery – Please provide room number and confirm patient is still admitted for date of delivery requested. We cannot be responsible for deliveries made after patient has been released.
Incomplete or inaccurate address information may delay delivery and will result in additional delivery charge of $15.00
Baskets containing perishable items will be shipped with ice packs and are subject to additional charges in order to ensure freshness
