Returns

Perishable Items – Fruit, Balloons

Perishable items may not be returned.  If an item is received damaged Tasteful Treats must be notified within 15 days.  A replacement will be shipped as soon as possible. Contact Customer service at 800-425-9226 or via email at Info@tastefultreats.com.

Perishable items returned marked “undeliverable” are not eligible for refund as the products are not replaceable.  A courtesy replacement discount of 20% is available should this situation occur.

Non-perishable items

If a product arrives damaged, it should be returned within 14 days of delivery in the original packaging, after contacting our customer service department at 800-425-9226 or via email Info@tastefultreats.com.  Returns should be sent to the following address:

Cancelled Orders

Once an order has been shipped from our warehouse it is not eligible for cancellation.  If this should occur, our return policies will apply.

Substitutions

We reserve the right to substitute products of equal or greater value if an item is not available.
