Non-perishable items

If a product arrives damaged, it should be returned within 14 days of delivery in the original packaging, after contacting our customer service department at 914-219-5260.  Returns should be sent to the following address:

Cancelled Orders

Once an order has been shipped from our warehouse it is not eligible for cancellation.  If this should occur, our return policies will apply.

Substitutions
