  • Gift Basket and Gift Orders placed Monday through Friday before 3:00pm EST will be ship the same day. Orders placed after 3:00pm EST may not be shipped until the next business day. Same day hand delivery orders must be placed by 10:00 AM.

  • Gift Basket and Gift Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will ship on the next business day

  • Gift Basket and Gift orders requiring specific delivery dates should be indicated on the order form

  • During the busy holiday season place your Gift Basket and/or Gift orders early to ensure prompt delivery

  • We ship nationwide via UPS, USPS and Federal Express

  • UPS, USPS and Federal Express delivery Monday through Friday between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Hand delivery available Monday through Friday ONLY.

  • We do not ship to PO boxes. We can ship to AFO/FPO addresses.

  • Hand Delivery of Gift Baskets and/or Gifts requires a telephone number for the recipient. Packages for delivery to commercial locations must include suite and floor number.

  • Hospital Delivery – Please provide room number and confirm patient is still admitted for date of delivery requested. We cannot be responsible for deliveries made after patient has been released.

  • Incomplete or inaccurate address information may delay delivery and will result in additional delivery charge of $15.00

  • Gift Baskets containing perishable items will be shipped with ice packs and are subject to additional charges in order to ensure freshness

  • If you are shipping to one of the following states, your basket will arrive in 1 Business Day for a standard shipping charge

  • New York Metropolitan Area, New Jersey, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Maine, Vermont
